When will I be able to understand what the fuck the MUNI operator is attempting to communicate through the on board P.A. system when/while the train I am sitting in/on is not moving and there is zero evidence of a train anywhere in front of "us" because I can see the next platform from our stopping point (!) in the tunnel and the rails are devoid of other train... ?
