On Friday, I turn 37.
Honestly, I thought this happened last year on my birthday. I mean it. This past year was spent thinking I was a year older than I actually was. If someone ever asks me how it felt to be 36 I will have no idea... because according to some malfunction in my brain I never let it happened.
However, aside from the proliferation of love and understanding, as well as, numerous wonderful events and experiences from the past year, 2007 was a little rough on me. Who knows why... maybe it was the fact that I never gave myself a chance to be 36. But it was a tough one and I'm glad I have almost all of 2008 to do 37 right... or at least accurately.
