2008: Goal Number 2

Learn how to recreate the oft ordered Smiling Noodles (from Chow) in our own kitchen... so we can smile at home even more often.

1. generic supermarket "curry powder"
2. coconut milk
3. shallots
4. lemon grass
5. pepper (black and cayenne)
6. spaghetti (thick and cooked way past al dente)
7. chicken chunks
8. shrimps
9. bok choy
10. ground peanuts
11. touch of cooking wine or rice vinegar
12. touch of palm sugar possibly
13. chili flakes (moderate)

that's a start ... need to order again and really think about it ... or just ask Chow :)
